Greg Goodman and Tyler Noe were cycling on the designated bike route when a black Volvo struck Noe. Goodman’s helmet GoPro camera captured the crash. According to Goodman, they heard a honk right before the Volvo hit Noe. Amazingly, Noe was injured, but those injuries were not life-threatening.
